9am. Closes approx. 5.30pm in summer, 4.30pm in winter.

Rating

This zoo is not as big in area as some of the other well known UK zoos but it is one of the oldest and well respected. It was made famous by the childrens TV programme Animal Magic and its well known presenter the late Johnny Morris in the 1970's.
